The set up of the training room will help us deliver ABC of learning, a training techniques that encourages input from learners hence it becomes fun and beneficial learners.
Globalink Agency runs Job-focus training for those individuals considering a career in social care and have been continuosly unemployed for longer than six months.
Also they may be with or without past work experiences in the social care sector but they must be keen to get back into employment and we use our initial assessment day to identify their burning desire for a career as a social care staff.
In return, Globalink Agency will support them with motivational and vocational training and work-placement to enhance their confidence while job searching and we will nurture them through mentoring service for upto six months after they find work.
