Globalink Agency Resources Limited is a registered company by shares in England & Wales operating as a Domiciliary Care Agency under Care Quality Commission (Registration) Regulations 2009.
All of our Personal Care Services is provided under Health & Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) 2010 and regulated by Care Quality Commission (CQC) ensuring we meet those 'Essential standards of quality and safety' outcomes.
OUR SERVICE PHILOSOPHY
Globalink agency carry out assessment and produce a Care Plan that enables care staffs to approach all aspects of care delivery to service users on an individual basis and their representatives will have made a contribution to the Care Plan ensuring quality of service.
All service users regardless to race, nationality, colour, creed or sex have the right to be treated as individuals, their independence to be respected, be treated with fairness and courtesy, to receive information, be involved, consulted and express preference or choice in all aspects of their care.
All service users have the right to complain without fear or discrimination, to a flexible response service, their safety ensured, to confidentiality of information, right of a caring approach and right to effective communication regardless to their language, sight or hearing difficulties.
Globalink agency aims to prevent and reduce the risk of significant harm to service users from abuse or other types of exploitation, whilst supporting individual service users in maintaining control over their lives and in making informed choices without coercion.
Globalink agency believes Safeguards against poor practice, harm and abuse need to be an integral part of care and support for service users and it should be achieve through partnerships between other agencies, local authorities, communities and individuals.
We have a rigorous recruitment process that includes Criminal Record Bureau (CRB) and no care staffs is allowed to start working with service users until we received satisfactory criminal records report and refferences.
Globalink regularly monitor service delivery and comments made may form basis for change in the way we support service users in care delivery as well as safeguard service users.
We are on the register of Information Commissioner and a copy of data protection policy is available in service users care management folder as well as care staffs handbook.
Globalink Agency wants to know of
Globalink indemnifies all its workers in the operation of its care provision through a comprehensive insurance including indemnity against accident or injury within the scope of their care delivery.
All care staff are provided with individual identification badges and must be worn at all times in order to identify Globalink staff member and reassure service users.
CARE STAFFS TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
Globalink Agency values its care staffs and is committed to the investment of resources ensuring their development and productivity for the benefit of its service users and we use care staffs performance reviews to achieve this aim.
HOURS OF OPERATIONS
Globalink Agency Resources Ltd operates 24hours a day, 365days a year and our office hour is 09:00AM to 05:00PM Monday to Friday.
Also we operate out-of-office hour (24hrs On-Call service) and all Service user are advice of our office opening hour enclosed in our policy information for Service user at the start of service.
