Globalink Agency Resources is a limited company operating as a domiciliary care recruitment agency providing social services department and privately funded service users with ‘care solutions’ as well as supplying care staff to residential and nursing homes in cases of emergency staff cover.


Globalink acknowledges that service user and purchasers rightly demand the highest standards from care providers and it aimed to be one of the leaders in delivering such services, which will always meet and often exceed CQC and local authority quality requirements in this respect so that service users may enjoy and maintain a good quality of life at all times.


Globalink systems, acknowledges the rights, dignity, and privacy, of all individuals and aim to provide care solutions which operate to written demonstrable guidelines which will enable us to deliver reliable, flexible and professional services, tailored to individual needs of its’ service users and monitored through service users quarterly monitoring feedback forms so as to effect required changes to care delivery where necessary.  


All care staff will be employed locally so as to enhance our ability to deliver domiciliary care services or supply care staff promptly and more importantly all care staff will be insured, trained and inducted thus ensuring all aspect of our work are accountable and guaranteed. 


All the work of care staff will be closely supervised through fortnightly monitoring visits to service users’ home by their allocated case worker or the Agency Manager so that we can meet the demand of service user’s expressed need and choice, which enables them to remain safe in their chosen environment, with involvement, independence, dignity and self- respect.


Globalink service provision will be based upon care plans, which may initially be drawn up by service purchasers prior to the commencement of service/s and we anticipate such formal assessment to incorporate choice and preference of the individual service users and set objectives and methods of achievement which will be agreed and communicated to all parties.


The preparation and monitoring of such care plans should directly relates to the attainment and retention of normal daily living activities and a periodic review of the care plan will be encouraged during service delivery with input from the services user, their family or relatives, care staff and the care purchaser/s to ensure service users are confident and satisfied with the quality of care they receive at all times.
